SHIPPING

Standard Carrier used without any charges is USPS and comes with a tracking number that will update you as the package is being shipped throughout the USA and some countries.   If you choose FedEx, UPS, or DHL, we will send you a tracking number but you may not receive automated information from our system.   Make sure you place in your email or mobile phone number at checkout under “Contact information” to receive updates. ”

We ship to the United States, North America -Mexico, Canada, Europe, Israel, Australia, South Korea, Hong Kong, and Taiwan since we have experience with these countries.  We may try others, first, email us at support@iProductsUS.com for arrangments.  

Processing Time: 

1- 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays from the time you place and purchase the order to the time the package leaves us.

Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply outside the USA. We are not responsible for delays due to customs and we are NOT responsible for delays due to customs.


Need Your Package Faster

In the USA pick Express Priority Mail for 1 to 2 days. 

Outside the USA, use FedEx or DHL at an extra charge.

Cancellation  

By purchasing from us, you agree that we cannot cancel your order after Three (3) hours have passed from when you placed it.  Therefore, any cancellation request of a transaction that has been fulfilled will be rejected and they will have to be returned later to receive a Full Refund.  Cancellations cannot be accepted at all if the personalization of the case was requested with your name, initials, or special images as we can not resale the phone case.
